The Fight the Power Souvenir Journal: This is a fundraiser to allow us to bring awareness to violence prevention strategies. Not only can you list your business, you can list your poem or short story dealing with violence prevention. As such, we will continue to distribute our journal long after the event ends due to its theme of conflict resolution. Mr. Chuck D. will also be gifted with the journal.

5:00-5:45 VIP Private reception. Limited tickets. Our goal is for stakeholders to sponsor a youthful person or older adult who could benefit from conflict resolution. Doors to the VIP open at 4:15.

6:00- 7:30:  Doors to the Dinner and Entertainment open at 5:00 p.m.  Before dinner, you get to vend, take pictures, and enjoy the special atmosphere created just for you! This is a plated dinner, entertainment and  fundraising event for the Rising South Literacy School. Mr. Chuck D. will be the keynote speaker.  When you purchase tickets for this event, you will help us continue our work in the community.
